It is not what the picture and description indicate. Yes it is rusty swallows but it is not a mobile. It is 3 birds in a line. The picture illustrates the birds are attached to each other with something that allows them to move independently. Instead they are cut from one piece of metal. That hangs from a chain. The price is modest enough but not what I was looking for. A mobile is a n ensemble of these balanced parts hang freely in space, by design without coming into contact with each other. When I emailed the seller before purchase, the answer indicated that the birds moved independently.
